At the 25th actuaries' congress, the Geolearning chair will host a workshop dedicated to extreme weather events
The Geolearning Chair contributes to the organization of the third workshop on bias correction in climate studies to be held at Mines Paris from May 26 to 28, 2025. This international workshop aims to explore cutting-edge methods and emerging challenges in statistical bias correction for climate studies at different time scales – from seasonal forecasts to long-term projections of climate change. The Geolearning Chair is contributing to the organization of the conference on Stochastic Weather Generators, which will be held in Grenoble from December 2nd to 4th, 2025. This international workshop aims to explore cutting-edge methods and emerging challenges for simulating weather variables: precipitation, temperatures, etc.
