Mike PEREIRA

Teacher researcher - Mines Paris PSL

Mike Pereira holds a doctorate in Geostatistics and Applied Probabilities from Mines Paris PSL and is a research and teaching officer at the Statistics and Images (STIM) center of Mines Paris PSL.

His research focuses on the development of statistical models for spatial and spatio-temporal data, and in particular those distributed over surfaces, point data and data from physical processes. His work focuses on the study of stochastic partial differential equations defined on Riemannian manifolds, models of spatio-temporal point processes as well as the interactions between statistical learning methods and physical models.
