Geolearning Chair Scientific Day
The Geolearning chair held a scientific day at Mines Paris – PSL on April 8, 2026. All the supported projects were presented there, as well as emerging challenges.
Antoine Heranval (BioSP, INRAE) presented the first results obtained within the framework of the project “ Dynamics of extreme events and point processes » at the conference CMStatistics which was held in London from 14 to 16 December 2024. The presentation support is available for download here.

Conference on stochastic weather generators
The Geolearning Chair is contributing to the organization of the conference on Stochastic Weather Generators, which will be held in Grenoble from December 2nd to 4th, 2025. This international workshop aims to explore cutting-edge methods and emerging challenges for simulating weather variables: precipitation, temperatures, etc.
